Traditional Vietnamese Treat Reinvented

Not just a snack, Vietnamese Yogurt has been a special treat in Vietnamese households for generations.

Vietnamese Yogurt is unlike any other yogurt found in the dairy aisle. Originated in 1800’s in Vietnam from a traditional French recipe, sweetened condensed milk was used as a replacement to whole milk, giving the yogurt a richer and much sweeter taste.

Vi and Long Nguyen perfected their version of Vietnamese yogurt creating BaBa yogurt with a lusciously creamy texture yogurt is meant to have. Their kids love it so much… “They run for it”!

The BaBa Story

Home

Long and Vi Nguyen are both immigrants from Vietnam and now live in the states with their two children, Ava and Michael. Both Long and Vi enjoy experimenting with recipes and Vi spent many sleepless nights experimenting with a Vietnamese yogurt recipe until she crafted the perfect recipe. She knew it was the best one when Ava and Michael tasted and fell in love with their first bite. But Long and Vi wanted more proof. Long had his co-workers taste test. They too admired the elegant flavor of Vi’s Vietnamese yogurt recipe. Now, both Long and Vi want to share this snack and hope BaBa Vietnamese yogurt will become a household favorite.

BaBa Vietnamese Yogurt is unlike any other yogurt found in the dairy aisle. Made with sweetened condensed milk and Vi’s secret recipe, BaBa Yogurt is a sweeter and richer tasting with an ultra creamy texture.

Vietnamese yogurt is a favored snack and treat in traditional Vietnamese homes. For many it is a luxury treat. BaBa creators, Long and Vi Nguyen, migrated to the U.S. with their children.
